Our polls can be done through an IVR system or with live callers. We take exhaustive measures to ensure your polls accurately represent the population sampled. Further, we can treat each respondent as their own focus group by transcribing recorded responses to question prompts and matching those answers with their demographic and other response data. Focus Groups: Before you test your message, before you test your paid media, bring it before a group of people who look like your targets. We do focus groups over the phone so as to get a better sample of people at a lower cost to you. We can deliver the stimulus a few ways, and, just as with in-person focus groups, we provide a recording, transcript, and summary. Phone focus groups have a few advantages: For those on a tight budget, the relative ease of recruiting a likely voter means lower costs in terms either of incentives, or, simply finding one to participate. Also, phone group dynamics tend to even out participation rates--outgoing people become more reserved, reserved people become more outspoken. For these reasons, we recommend phone focus groups. However, we also have a space for in person groups if you wish to observe clients and their group dynamics.
